Optima Blade Mill is developed for grinding of cocoa-liquor to liquid state with 100-120 micron particles, before feeding it to the Ball mill.

Optima Blade Mill is manufactured of high-quality stainless steel for food industry.

Construction of Ball Mill ensures long-term, troubleproof operation.

Main operational unit- 4 blades (blades are manufactured of alloyed steel with firmness index 58-60 HRC).

Slotted seive of reinforced construction with the gap of 120 microns.

Cocoa-liquor is fed to the mill from hopper by screw conveyer with pipe diameter of 100mm.

Control of feeding is executed by controller and frequency converter.
