The company takes North Atlantic and North Sea caught fish direct from the quay side at Peterhead to a new $20 million state-of-the-art facility.
Fresh Catch processes North Atlantic and North Sea caught pelagic fish at its 48,500m2 facility - the largest of its kind in Britain.
All landings are pumped directly from tne vessels to the state of the art processing area.
The lilac coloured area shows the site for the new cold store development.
The company has invested heavily in the most modern processing, packaging and freezing facilities. These include:

Individual Quick Freezing
Transport and distribution is by temperature controlled vehicles, vessels and containers with all care taken to ensure that the product arrives at its final destination in prime condition.
