We purchase only the highest-grade green coffee available from all over the world. Green coffee can be stored a long time and remain virtually unchanged until roasted. Once roasted, however, the freshness clock starts ticking. It is estimated that within 2 weeks from roasting, approximately 50% of the flavor and aroma are gone.

At MJRC, we roast all our coffee in small batches on the premises. This ensures that the coffee we sell is as fresh as it can be. Choose from any of our selections with confidence in what, "taste no evil" really means.
