The outer covering of vending machine is made of GPSP sheet, The life of GPSP Sheets is about ten times that of ordinary GP sheet.
For making water tanks and water boiler stainless steel 304 grade is used to maintain the quality and accuracy. Water tank and water boilers are also available in 316 grade stainless steel. The stainless steel is cut to size on the CNC laser Cutting Machine and bending is done on CNC hydraulic bending machine. All stainless steel vessels are welded on TIG welding machine (Argon gas environment at point of welding).
Other body fabrication is done out of GPSP Sheets, material is cut to size on CNC Turret punch press and bending is done on CNC hydraulic bending machine. All welding works is done on MIG welding machine. The welding joints are properly dressed from outside to have fine finish on other surface.
