This type is the most exporting grade of the Iranina pistachios.
- Jumbo Pistachios (Kaleh ghouchi): Available in 24-26 & 26-28
This size is very big round shape pistachio with a wide opened mouth which give a great look when it goes into bunch of nuts.
- Long Pistachio Akbari: Available in 22-24 & 24-26
This type got a long shape and very familiar among Iranian families int their dried fruit and nuts mixes.
- Closed shell Pistachio: Available in round and long pistachio. Darya Shamin Rastak sorting them also based on the kernel which is %47, %49, %50. Which means If you get 40 tons of closed shell pistachio you will have 47% 20ton of kernel which will be 9.4 tons of pistachio kernel (exclude the machine wastes)
- Pistachio kernel Grade A (normal): Available for Round pistachio and Long pistachio. Comes from breaking the closed shelled pistachios.
