INGREDIENTS!
Sugar, Nonfat Dry Milk, Corn Syrup Solids, Cocoa (Processed With Alkali), Nonfat Yogurt (Cultured Nonfat Milk), Cellulose Gum, Sweet Cream*, Soy Lecithin, Salt, Guar Gum, Natural & Artificial Flavor, Sodium Caseinate, Xanthan Gum, Yogurt Culture (S. thermophilus, L. bulgaricus).
*Adds a trivial amount of fat.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Fill a clean Frostline™ mixing bucket to the indicated 8 quart/2 gallon line with cold tap water. Pour in contents of one 6.0 lb bag of Frostline™ Yogurt Mix. Stir with wire whisk until completely dissolved (about 2 minutes). Pour the mixture into your soft serve machine or cover with lid and store in refrigerator.**
**FDA requires product temperature to reduce to 41ºF within four hours and remain at or below 41°F.
