Buttermilk Powder is manufactured from the buttermilk of choicest quality cream that has been graded and pasteurised before churning. The buttermilk is pasteurised, concentrated and then gently dried by spray drying. The product is free flowing, free from hard lumps, cream in colour, clean Flavoured and soluble in water. Buttermilk powder has many applications where milk solids are required. The inclusion of Buttermilk powder can be found in ice cream, pastry, soup, bread, Chocolate and beverage food manufacture. | ||
