1. When can I get the quotation ?  

We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the 

price, please call us or tell us in your email so that we will regard your inquiry priority. 

2. How can I get a sample to check your quality? And how long can I expect to get 

the sample?  

1). After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality. 

We provide free blank samples without print, for printed samples with design, sample fee can 

be refundable after order confirmation when your quantity of the order is more about the MOQ.

2). Sample preparation period: 3 days for the blank sample without print,  5-7days for the 

printed  samples.

3. What kind of files do you accept for printing?

PDF, Core Draw, high resolution JPG .

4. Can you do the design for us? 

Yes. We have a professional team having rich experience in gift box design and manufacturing. Just tell us

 your ideas and we will help to carry out your ideas into perfect  gift boxes. It does not matter  if you do not

 have someone to complete files. Send us high resolution images, your Logo and text and tell us how you  would like to arrange them. We will send you finished files for confirmation.

Our main products are color printing packaging. Gift/ cosmetic/ wine/ tea boxes/ packaging, paper shopping bag, children/ toy book and so on.

7 . What about the lead time for mass production? 

In general, production period: 

17 days for the high-class complicated type,

15 days for the high-class normal type or mid-class complicated type,

13 days for the high-simple type or mid-class normal type,

11 days for the mid-class simple type,

9 days for low-class type.

Honestly, it MUCH depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. Generally  speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get  the products at your country. 

8 . What is your terms of delivery? 

We accept EXW, FOB, CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost  effective for you.

9 . Can we get support if we have our own market position?
