Q1. Are paper cup samples avaible?

YES! Paper cup Samples are free and also for delivery within China, but need customer pay for express fee if samples are required to deliver outside of China. Paper cup sample leadtime is 2 days, standard sample of packaging and product, related specification must approved and/or agreed by customer when official PO issued.

Q3. How can I design my our paper cups?

Please send us the artwork and AI files of your design, pantone codes included is best. Our R&D department will work out the design and sent it for your countersigned.

Q4. How is my design printed?

We will printed your design according to your final countersigned artwork and pantone codes. The number of color is up to 8. You can also choose flexo or offset printing. And we recommend flexo printing for bulk orders, which is more food safe.

Q5. What are the differences between hot paper cups and cold paper cups?

Hot paper cups is single PE coated while cold paper cups is double PE coated to prevent the hot air around the cup from liquifying.

Q6. What is the lead time for new order?

1) Paper cup New mold leadtime is 15 days (25 days during Chinese New Year).
2) Paper Cup New Machine leadtime is 35 days (50 days during Chinese New Year).
3) Paper cup Packagings leadtime is 5 days (3 days if Urgent).
4) Paper cup Production leadtime from 15 days to 20 days depends on packing way and PO's released.

Q7. What is the payment terms?

Paper Cup for Payment Terms are open to discuss. It is recommend at beginning that T/T 30% deposit when official PO issued and 70% balance before BOL and related documents provided. Payment terms can adjust when MOU or contract is counter-signed, credit is verified by each side.
