I designed my files, but I'm not sure if I did it right?

If you're not sure if what you did is printable, send us your files and we'll examine them FREE OF CHARGE. We'll let you know if there is anything that will prevent us from printing your job. If we find everything to be in order, we will put a proof online for you free of charge. Even if there is something wrong, we will email you what the problem is to help you fix and revise your files.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept T/T (telegraphic transfer) ,western union,money orders.

What type of paper will my job be printed on?

We have various paper for your selection,we also can do the products as your specific requirements for material. If you are not familiar with the material,we can give you some valuable suggestions.That depends on what kind of products you need.

Will I always receive exactly the quantity I order?

we almost always send more then less and any over runs will be provided at no additional cost.

My image is 72 dpi. Is that OK?

NO. Most web graphics are 72 dpi which is not a problem. But when it comes to printing, the images or files that you submit must be 300 dpi, at final size, to ensure maximum sharpness and quality. Failure to do so may result in pixelation and blurriness.

Does your turnaround time include shipping?

No. Our turnaround time is measured as the time needed for us to complete your job and have it ready for you to either pickup,or send via FedEx.

It is the amount of time it will take for your job to be completed and it starts when you give us your approval to print along with payment information.

Shipping times will be noticed separately.

Do I get some type of proof before my job is printed?

When you decide to cooperate with us,we will send the artwork back to you for confirmaton. After we get your approval for the artwork,we will start print samples for you. Finished samples will be sent to you by Express,we will start mass production when we get your confirmation for the samples.
