Daruma, boiled Fillets of the Peruvian giant squid (Dosidicus Gigas)

this product is Boiled for 20-30 minutes then packed in 10kg trays for freezing into blocks, blast frozen then packed into poly bags and then into master sacks of 3 X 10kg blocks.

the block is 10kg NET Weight.

Can be treated to eliminate bitter taste and have salt added in the boiling process if you desire.
