Amul Dehydration is Based at UNA. Here we process mainly onion and garlic in dehydrated form. These are dehydrated in the various form like Kibbled/ Flakes, Chopped/Minced, Granules and powder.

In process : we use only best quality fresh products. First we remove skin of fresh onion and then Three time wash in fresh water and then going cutter.

Our 24 hour production is 10mt. and also our company have own laboratory to make testing final products before Shipment.

The process of dehydration starts from cutting of roots and tops of onions than the onions are washed & sliced and send to dryer for the dehydration process. we have installed latest technology machinery for the dehydration process to remove all the foreign particles to supply the quality dehydrated products.

Dehydrated Onion is storable for a much longer period of time and can be used with out losing the pungecy and flavor. It can be used in Dry Soups mixes, Sauces specialty / ethnic food preparations, Canned, Salad dressings Meat Products.
