The AD series of products include garlic flakes, garlic granules, garlic powder, white/yellow onion slices, onion powder, ginger flakes/powder, chives, small red chillies, green/red paprika cubes, carrot cubes, potato flakes and cubes, etc. The FD series of products are mainly spinach, onion, carrot, asparagus, ginger, green onion, hot pepper, strawberry, apple, pear, peach, instant egg soup and so on. It produces also individual quick frozen fresh fruits, vegetables and pickles.
The registered capital of our company amounts to RMB￡¤50million. Its total investment has reached RMB￡¤120million. It owns 626 employees. Among them, 49 are with post-secondary education or above.

Currently, our company has 16 vacuum freeze-dehydration facilities of the 3rd generation, which is considered as the most advanced machineries. Its annual production capacity comes to around 800 tons of freeze-dehydrated foods including vegetables, fresh fruits of various kinds, and several kinds of instant soup as well.

The company has 10 drying tunnels for AD series of products and 2 milling production lines capable to produce 50 tons of granules and powder items daily. The annual production of the flakes, granules and powder items will reach 15,000 tons and more.
