Natural deionized apple/pear juice concentrate (De-AJC/De-PJC) is made of natural fruit juice through new pattern technology with fresh and mellow taste. It can be taken and widely used as a good sugar source for the industries of beverage, food-stuff , medicine, tobacco and so on , especially for the juice beverage industry. The dry apple/pear sugar content of natural deionized apple/pear juice is about 52% to 58%. Compared with sucrose sugar , the natural deionized apple/pear juice concen-trate has better characteristics, such as high sweetness and low calory, suitable for diabetes patients and children, and it can also perfectly keep wet. Moreover,De-AJC/De-PJC is very convenient for people to use because it will not crystallize below 0??C to maintain good fluidity.
