Deodorized cocoa butter derives from natural cocoa butter whose strong or undesirable tastes are removed.
In this process, the color of cocoa butter becomes lighter as well.
It is typically applied in the manufacture of cosmetics and pharceutics, while natural cocoa butter is more often used in food production. Solid state at normal temperature and melts at human body temperature (about 37℃)
