Function	Diosmin is used in symptoms of vein problems and pain (heavy legs). It is used to maintain the strength of blood vessels and to reduce its permeability. As a flavonoid, it also has anti-inflammatory,free-radical scavenging,and antimutagenic properties. It has recently begun to be investigated for other therapeutic purposes, such as cancer and diabetes.
