Model PDSS20-30 separator is mainly used for concentration and classification of nonmetal mineral e.g. bleaching earth, bentonite, and separating and concentration of zymolytic liquid, protein and wheat starch. The model is also used to separate the similar feed.

The machine has the advantages of high efficiency, low material consumption, convenient operation and economic maintenance cost.

The clear liquid is pumped out by centripetal pump, the concentration liquid is discharged continually by nozzles.

This serie automatic discharging separator is special equipment for oil refining. It is the disc type with

continuous spraying discharging with high speed through the nozzles in out circle. It works steadily, with

high efficiency and convenient operations, safe and reliable for separation.

It is widely used in lanoline sludge’s separation, to separate the 4% lanoline with some solid mixture to

extract lanoline and recycle some water. It is also applicable to some similar material’s separation, like

palm oil.
