Shandong Xiaokang Machinery Co., Ltd. is a wholly foreign-owned enterprise and also a professional manufacturer invested by foreign businessmen in China to produce vacuum packaging machines. We mainly design and make vacuum packaging machines which are substitutes for imported ones and boast powerful R&D and production abilities, as well as domestically leading and world advanced technology.
Our company was initially established in 1995. Now our company covers an area of 75,000 square meters, owns 36,000 square meters of plants, and possess 280 employees including 68 engineer technical personnel. We mainly produce automatic continuous stretching vacuum packaging machines, automatic vacuum packaging machines, skin packaging machines, chilled meat packaging machines, box type vacuum packaging machines, rolling type vacuum packaging machines, liquid packaging machines, molding packaging machines, powder packaging machines and frying machines. Our products now are available in all major well-known food enterprises around China and are even exported to Russia, Japan, Canada, South Korea and other developed countries and Chile, Malaysia, Iran, Iraq, Vietnam, India, Eastern Europe, Southeast Asia, the Balkans, Saudi Arabia area and other regions. Currently, we are vigorously exploring western European market, and orders from the USA, Germany, Fenland and other countries are increasing constantly. The DLZ-420 series automatic continuous stretching vacuum packaging machine we develop and produce has rewrite the history that all such machines have been exported over the past dozens of years in China and broken the monopoly position of Europe and America in the vacuum packaging machinery industry. After the product was put into the market, demonstrations in many ways and using experience of users for a dozen of years have proved that all the economical, technical and quality indexes of this device have reached the world advanced level; the device has not only filled up domestic blank but also can be compared favorably with imported ones. Currently, this device has won a national patent (patent no.: 99215308.5), and occupied 90% Chinese market. The recently developed frying machine series products, such as vacuum packaging machines also obtained unexpected success. The economic benefits have preliminarily showed.
We have passed the ISO9001:2000 Quality Management System certification and CE certification. We are the only business in China vacuum packaging machine industry that obtains the EU market access card. Entrusted by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine (AQSIQ), we drafted and compiled a number of national standards including General Technical Specification of Vacuum Packaging Machine and Vacuum-Gas Flushing Packaging Machine, Automatic Continuous Stretch Vacuum Packing Machine, and Frying Machine, and obtained the national third prize for scientific and technological progress. Xiaokang brand vacuum packaging machine has won China Well-known Brand, China Meat Industry’s Most Influential Brand and China Meat Machinery’s Top 10 Brands, and we have gained Powerful Enterprise in China Meat Food Industry, China Well-known Trademark, Shandong “Famous Trademark”, Shandong Top 100 Civilized and Honest Taiwan-funded Enterprises, as well as many national patents. Xiaokang is a vice director unit of China Food Packaging Machinery Industry Association; standing director unit of China Meat Association, Provincial and Municipal Consumer Satisfaction Unit; and our products rank first in the national technology and quality spot check. General Manager Sun Xuejun has won the national “May Day” Labor Medal, been honored Shandong Labor Model, and selected as Zhucheng Top 10 CPPCC Member. Our company is the vice director unit of China Food Packaging Machinery Industry Association and standing director unit of China Meat Association.
