Main Functions & Characters:

1. Double lanes packing system can be well connected with former production line, to meet big quantity, single product packing requirements. Customer can also dump products on feeding belt, to meet small quantity, different kinds of products packing requirements.

2. By intersection feeding system, the belt can feed and arrange different shapes products in a line, such as rectangular, round, line shape products, etc.

3. This system can be designed according to products features, products will be eliminated automatically, when they are stucked, overlapped, or in wrong position during feeding.

4. This system adopts multi-frequency adjustment, servo-motor control, has four-eight speed adjustment levels to packing different kinds of products.

5. Human-oriental design, can fast replace belt, easy for installment and cleaning.

6. Date coding, Air flushing, Liquid spraying, Film automatic splicing functions are available.

7. Fully automatic packing utility.
