Winemaking:
Traditional red winemaking in stainless steel tanks. Average maceration of 10 days to 2 weeks, at controlled temperatures ranging between 25-29°C. Malolactic fermetnation after pressing and blending of the different tanks and varietals together.
Tasting Notes:
Deep red in colour, it is a medium-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon wit htypical varietal Flavour s of red fruits, black pepper, and soft spices.
Food pairing, serving suggestions:
Best served at 15-18°C. This wine is a perfect match for all meats, especially with Beijing roasted duck, as well as slightly spicy foods.
