Summary
SSW tripod centrifugal machine is a centrifugal machine used for artificial upper feeding and intermittent operations. It can be divided into two types: filtration type (Type SSW) and sedimentation type (Type SCS) by the separation principle.
Type SSW suits for separating the suspending liquid that contains solid granules more than diameter 0.01mm; the solid phase of the material can be in the granular, crystal or fibrous form as well as be available for dehydrating for materials (including yarn bundle and fabric, etc). The machine has the advantages like compact structure, convenient operation, adjustable process, full sediment abstersion, durable granular phase and strong adaptability. Type SCS suits for liquid defecation, material adhibition, medium filtration and separation solid from liquid, etc. Aside from the weak effect on abstersion, SCS shares the same advantages with SSW.
Application
Both types are widely used in the industry of chemistry, light industry, pharmacy, food, textile, metallurgy and mechanics, etc.
Working principle
There are no anti-explosion structures on the machine, so users are prohibited to separate inflammable and explosive materials if there are no extra requirements. Users have to take on the responsibilities if they separate the inflammable and explosive materials with the assistance of anti-explosion electrical motors. In such a case, users are suggested to follow the steps as below:
1.Ventilation in the field should be strengthened to dilute the density of the inflammable and explosive gas.
2.The antistatic triangle belt should be used in transmission.
3.Metal shovels are prohibited to use in discharging.
4.Frequent checks for abrasion of fraction Wafer between the clutch and braking apparatus are necessary. If abrasion between rivets and metal is found, the fraction wafer should be replaced promptly.
