TEKMASH has developed TEK-PH-E innovative unit for simultaneous pasteurisation, conditioning and homogenization of egg melange heated directly.

TEK-PH-E unit set: hydrodynamic heater, circulation pump, process control devices, automatic control unit, plate heat exchanger-heat recuperator. The unit can operate in self-washing mode.

Main benefits of hydrodynamic units for pasteurization /homogenization/ of egg melange

·       Power consumption for pasteurizing 1 ton of product does not exceed 10 kWt·hour.

·       90% efficiency remains stable for the whole operation life which ensures high effectiveness of pasteurizers.

·       Thermal processing temperatures can be controlled in the range of ±0,2°C.

·       Absence of convective heating surfaces denies any deposition and burning of egg melange which are inevitable in similar equipment, besides, self-cleaning effect is observed.

·       Unit startup usually takes not more than 1 day.

·       Units are ecologically friendly.
