Oolong tea
Oolong tea, also known as green tea, semi-fermented tea and whole fermented tea, has many varieties. It is a tea category with distinctive Chinese characteristics among several large teas in China. Oolong tea is a tea of excellent quality after being harvested, withered, shaken, fried, simmered, baked, etc. Oolong tea evolved from the Song Dynasty tribute tea dragon group and phoenix cake, and was created around 1725 (the Qing dynasty). After tasting, the cheeks are fragrant and the aftertaste is fresh.
