This biological agents is produced by liquid fermentation of Bacillus subtilis and extracted  by concentrated and refined process. Due to internal and external cut enzyme synergy, it can more quickly and efficiently hydrolysis Proteins to peptide and amino acids. it can supply full amino acids for yeast groth,  shortens the fermentation time , improve beer quality(flavor, foam, stability)

 

Product use and features :

For Beer raw material treatment, protein ceased joining , it can supple malt enzyme source shortage  and improve optimization of alpha amino nitrogen content.

 

Action pH value: 5.0-8.0

Action temperature: 40-50°C

 

Method of use: Adding dosage  according to the wort amount and decide(recommended 0.2-0.8, g/kg malt).
