Properties
Odorless Brown or offwhite powder with a tint taste of iron. It is slightly soluble in water ( 25 C, 0.37%) and acetic acid. It is soluble in inorganic acids and liquid ammonia.
Uses
As a dietary supplement(iron supplement) in milk powder, baby foodstuffs, milk products and other foodstuffs. Unlike any other iron supplement products this product has got the merits of colorlessness, orderlessness, stableness in open air.It is good to enlength the shelf life of foodstuffs, and especially suitable for supplement iron nutrient in flour, salt, rice powder and other powder foodstuffs.
