The FlashEA 1112 N/protein Analyzer operates according to the "Dynamic Flash Combustion" technique ensuring accurate results in any material requiring nitrogen/protein determination from trace level to high percentage of nitrogen.
Guaranteed reproducibility. The simplicity of design, coupled to the accuracy provided by the electronic carrier gas controls, as well as the OxyTune (Automatic Oxygen Dosing System) capability, results in constant reproducibility.
Large sample weight. The unique design combined with the innovative oxygen dosing system permits the introduction of sample weights in the range from few milligrams to 1 (depending upon the sample nature).
Optimized operations for lower cost per sample. The unique features incorporated in the dedicated software ensure rock bottom costs for nitrogen/protein analyses. The OxyTune capability determines the precise volume of oxygen needed for the optimized combustion of each sample therefore significantly reducing the consumption of oxygen extending the lifetime of the catalysts.
Unprecedented ease of use. Preloaded library of methods, embedded control program for "wake up" and "shut down", automatic leak check and ability to easily customize the analytical report are all together representing unprecedented tools to simplify and speed up the entire analytical process. Additionally, the simplicity delivered by the dedicated software package makes FlashEA 1112 easy to use on a day-to-day basis.
Approved by official oganizations. FlashEA 1112 N/Protein Analyzer based on Dynamic Flash Combustion is today an accepted and established alternative to the traditional Kjeldahl method. In fact the combustion technique has already received approval by AOAC, AOCS, AACC, ASBC just to name a few organizations.
