Main characteristics:
Most SPRINGAROM? products are obtained by Maillard reaction (yeast extracts, amino acids and reducing sugars), some of them are pure yeast extracts;
Label declaration*: flavouring or process flavour (some grades can be labelled as yeast extracts, see table below);
Most grades available in fine powder form at 30-40% salt content;
100% water soluble;
