Ourinulin and fructooligosaccharide (FOS) are manufactured from JerusalemArtichoke by hot water extraction, Ion exchange purification, and spary drying.Both Inulin and FOS are all nautral and USDA organic Certified. It is a mixtureof beta-fructans extracted from Natural Jerusalem Artichoke. It has thecharacteristics and functions of soluble fiber and oilgosacchardies and can beused as sugar and fat substitues.
