FP Lid EPS applicator

Designed to apply lids on bottoms of EPS boxes, based on automatic feeding of boxes into the machine, and lids to the dispenser. The machine is designed for high speed lid application.

Super fast and reliable Lid applicator for EPS boxes The lid applicator has a very open design to make maintenance and regular operation easy. Hinged hatch covers are strategically placed on both sides of the machine, making it simple to monitor the lid application process.
The machine has an innovative design with 3 separate conveyors and automated box control, lid dispenser, pneumatic lid application unit and pneumatic operated lid press down unit. It is possible to further integrate the machine to a strapping system or other surrounding systems such as ice dozing systems.
The man-machine interface with touch screen combined with easy access, gives your personnel an easy task in operating the machine.
