Our Acorn-Fed Iberian Salami comes from a selection of pure bred iberian pigs, allowed to graze free range in acorn oak groves, and is produced  using the best traditional, hand made methods. A cured salami, made with iberian pork meat carefully selected, seasoned with salt, spices, authorised Preservatives and natural food colouring, mixed and stuffed in a natural pork casing. Next It is subjected to a maturing and drying process to guarantee its typical aroma, texture and taste. All this is done subject to the strictest quality controls.
