Product Description

Idared has a fruit of medium size, weighing about 140 g, spherical, slightly flattened at the stalk and
calyx and quite heavy. The peel of the fruit is firm, thick and shiny, with a pale yellow colour with a greenish
tinge. Blushing is from bright red to carmine, blurred, with a few stripes and streaks. The pulp of the fruit is
white, with a creamy tinge, fine-grained, juicy, firm with a slightly sour taste. It is crispy, very juicy, refreshing
and also has a delicate and mild taste.
