The Company, established in 1946, was the first farm producing high quality buffalo cheese in Italy.

Since that time, the Farm has faced the market challenges cleverly by characterizing itself for special focus on innovation.

In particular, thanks to the introduction of the buffalo frozen mozzarella cheese in its production in 2000, the Company was the first – and is still the only one in Italy – in offering at the same time such a high quality product, a long duration cheese and the possibility of defrosting only the needed quantity.

Nowadays the Company counts 2,700 buffaloes bred in its 2 farms located in Pastorano (nearby Caserta and Naples) and Sezze (nearby Latina) where the farm land is cultivated for foddering the livestock.

The Company, runned by 3 brothers - known as the best Italian breeders of the Mediterranean buffalo race - is famous worldwide not only for its mozzarella cheese producted with the buffalo milk, but also for its high quality standards sanitary and hygenic controls in both its ranches and in the production plant.

Thanks to the mentioned quality system, the Farm gained

- the Mozzarella di Bufala Campana D.O.P. certificate (an Italian certificate stating that the product is realized in a defined geographic area according to ruled local standard procedures and ingredients)

- the UNI EN ISO 9001 – 2000  for the frozen mozzarella.

The Company offers a wide range of mozzarella sizes and packages:

- Smoked cheese 250 gr

- Packed mozzarella 250gr

- Small mozzarella glass 200gr

- Plastic bag packed mozzarella 200 gr, 250 gr and 430 gr

- Plastic glass packed mozzarella 200 gr and 500 gr

- Plastic tray packed mozzarella 250 gr

- Frozen small round mozzarella packed in plastic bags (16 pieces of 20 gr for each bag)
