In the styles of cut, chopped, and pieces, the individual buds are at least reasonably well developed. Ingredients: Broccoli Variety: Brassica oleracea Style: Broccoli head material has been hand cut to size. Broccoli head material has been washed, blanched, cooled and loose frozen (IQF). The use of antioxidants and/or additives is prohibited. Color: Good, uniform bright to dark distinct green. In some cases the presence of yellowish buds and/or brownish, grayish or yellowish cast.
