Boiled  giant squid fillet (Daruma).- skinless, natural white color, white texture, no yellow and pink color, no foreigners, no ink polluted and guts. Laminated between 0.8 and 1.2cm. Boiled in water 97?C . Cooking time Not more than 15min. The fillets can not be over boiled. Moisture: 45% +- 2%. (47%-50% Hum.) Overweight: 7-10%. Size: The measurements of each fillet are 10cm + of width and natural length. Not salt, no additives are permitted.
