Frozen Musang King Durian Pulp

Being seasonal, durian can now be enjoy and consumed all year round. With proper process and storage, frozen durian pulp are quickly becoming the next sensation due to it's convenience and rich flavours.

Good quality Musang King Durian from our Raub Pahang, Malaysia farm are taken to extract its pulp and send into blast freezer at -30 Degree Celsius to preserved its freshness and proceed for vacuum packing.

Every batches of stock has undergo stringent quality control as follow:

1) Only good and clean durian (husk without crack open or worm hole) are use to extract the durian pulp

2) Any immature, tiny or bad texture (watery) pulp will be filter out

3) Every batch of stock will be randomly choosen for brix and texture test

4) Every batch of stock will be send for lab test and analysis (TPC, E.Coli, Coliform, Salmonella, etc) to ensure conformance to food safety and for Health Certification.
