We sell half-carcasses as well as parts (brisket, ham, shoulder blades, rump, sirloin, hock etc.). It should be noted that qualified butchers and technologists control the adherence to norms and the precise process of cutting meat.
We also sell by-products – pig ears, feet, hearts, liver, lungs, heads, kidneys, leather, snouts, tails and fat (solid and back fat).
Our frequent onsite quality control inspections with growers and packers ensure that we supplies products that both adhere to country of destination requirements while also meeting individual customer requirements. We can create custom programs tailored for each client, either using our own house brands or private labeling for our customers. Our strict quality control procedures ensure that each product meets local tastes and specifications.
Our products and services are delivered to importers in the following food sectors: industry, wholesale, and foodservice distributor. Packing sizes can be tailored to individual customer requirements.
