Frozen Yellow Peach Halves are prepared from sound, mature, fresh peaches which are peeled, pitted, washed, cut, blanched and made in halves, are frozen in accordance with good manufacturing procedure (GMP) and HACCP/HALAL/BRC system, packaging and storage at the necessary temperature to keep their nutritional characteristics in optimum condition.
