Characteristic

The QHB series lollipop depositing line is the most advanced equipment to produce lollipop.The operation is controlled by PLC. The line is composed of cookers, storage tank, mico-film cooker, depositing, moulds and industrial cooling tunnel. It can produce many kinds of lollipop such as two color striped, two color layers, one color and central-filled lollipop and so on.

Moreover, the line is a full-automatic plant equipped with an automatic stick insertion system, so it dispenses with much labor to the greatest extend. And the whole line is produced according to the GMP standard of food machinery. It is not only an ideal equipment, which can produce good quality and delicious candy on the premise of saving both manpower and space occupied, but also do benefit on getting the certificate GMP, HACCP, QS.

Also, it is very available to produce both hard candy and lollipop on the same depositing line just by changing moulds.
