It is made from defatted soy flakes through ethanol extraction. It contains about 70% Proteins in dry basis and retains most of the fiber of the original soybean.

Description: TW710 is produced from natural NON-GMO soybean. It is developed to provide functionality in systems where water binding and emulsification properties are needed, used in a wide variety of processed meat products, especially emusified meats where texture and water& oil binding are essential.
