It is difficult to keep wolfberry fruit fresh at normal temperature because of its characteristics such as surface bacterium, high content of polysaccharide and so on. After years of research, our company, based on fresh wolfberry as raw material, combines traditional techniques and introduces advanced full-automatic juice aseptic filling line to produce goji raw juice and concentrate juice through the advanced techniques of surface cleaning, crushing, juice separation, high pressure homogenization, sterilization, aseptic filling etc. The quality of juice produced by the technique will keep above one year at normal temperature.
