2oz Grand Marnier Raspberry Peach
3/4 oz FRESH LIME juice
3/4 oz simple syrup (1:1 water to sugar)
Handful of mint leaves
5 fresh raspberries
Club soda
Muddle mint and raspberries in shaker. Add ingredients except for the club soda and shake. Pour into a Collins glass and top with club soda. Garnish with a sprig of mint

1 1/2 oz Manzanilla Sherry
1/2 oz Poor Man's Kitchen Cinnamon Syrup (or other cinnamon syrup)
