    Domenis Distillery produces the highest quality Grappa and Fruit Brandy, both projected
    
    for high and very high standard markets.
    
    According to the secret traditional family method, Domenis produces a type of grappa
    
    which has always been called Storica, for its matchless quality. The very best
    
    marcs are accurately selected and preserved with mastery, because they can offer
    
    the most elevated qualitative yield. The distilling process is carried out with
    
    an original discontinuous plant in copper, with low temperature vapour, to favour
    
    the extraction and the selection of the best fragrances and the most delicate
    
    aromas.
    
    Storica is presented in three different product solutions: The Triptych of Young
    
    Grappas tath are constituted by three grappas with an elevated alcoholic volume,
    
    The Triptych of Aged Grappas that are constituted by grappas with 50% alcoholic
    
    volume and the Storica Uve.
