1. Product Description
It is a powdered product produced by microencapsulation process of single cell oil rich in Arachidonic Acid (ARA) made by Mortierella Alpina biologically. It can be applied to the fortification of foods and beverages, and the fortification of infant formulas.

3. Technology
Our company has established a biotechnology platform for the techniques and quality research on unsaturated fattyacids, focused on developing the fermentation of algal oil microorganism and the preparation technology of algal oil microcapsules with a self-relied intellectual property, and realized many patents. Our company has gained a long-term collaboration between enterprises,universities and research institutes with Tianjin Institute of Industrial Biotechnology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, a well-known technological powerhouse, and has made great breakthroughs in the key technology of the high-density fermentation of algal oil. The special low-salt algal oil DHA fermentation technology has an advantage over the others in the industry; the high-content, high-stability arachidonate fermentation technology has completed industrial application; the fermentation technology of DHA algal oil with rich EPA has made a periodical progress. In addition, the preparation technology of microcapsules can present different contents and formulas according to clients' requirements, which offer more options for customers.
4. Package
The inner packaging is vacuum packaging of aluminum foil plastic bags, and the outer packaging is corrugated boxes. The net weight of each bag is 1kg or 5kg, and 10 bags or 4 bags of product per carton. The packaging is undamaged and the seal is tight.
The product's sales and packaging marks shall comply with the provisions of GB 7718 and GB 28050, and the transport packaging, storage and transportation icon marks shall comply with the provisions of GB / T 191. The outer packaging also includes warning signs such as careful handling, protection from light, and moisture.
5. Shelf Life
Under shady conditions, the product shelf life is 18 months; under refrigerated conditions, the product shelf life is 24 months, use as soon as possible after opening.
6. Storage
The product should be stored in a light-proof, sealed container in a cool / refrigerated condition.
The product is stored in a dry and ventilated warehouse, and must not be mixed with toxic, harmful, odorous,volatile, and corrosive items.
