--- Product Introduction
High precision cocoa powder sieving equipment is a equipment working on the principle of rotary motion using low powered motor, rotary vibrating screen to separate bulk solid materials from solids and slurries, utilizing multi-plane, inertial vibration that causes particles to pass through apertures in the screen or to travel across the screen surface in controlled pathways. Stainless steel ultra fine powder vibratory screen handles dry/wet screening of particles from 30mm down to 500 mesh in size. The rotary vibrating classifier ranges in diameter from 400mm to 2000mm, with single or multiple screening decks(up to five).
--- Working Principle
High precision cocoa powder sieving equipment turns the rotary movement of the motor into horizontal, vertical, inclined three dimensional movement by the use of eccentric hammer installed top and bottom of motor shaft. Then this movement is transferred to the screen surface,which makes material do external expansion involute motion on the screen. In practical applications, the trajectories of the materials on the sieving machine can be change by adjusting the phase angle on both top and bottom of motor to achieve different screening operations.

High precision cocoa powder sieving equipment is a vertical-motor system, with eccentric hammers being installed on top and bottom of the machine, where the motor acts as the vibratory source.
