Yeast feed, e.g. yeast cultures, called YC for short, is a medium that has been converted, by culturing yeast on it, into a high quality bio-active protein product. The product is powder in form and light yellow to brown in color, and disseminates a special smell like yeast. The product is salmonella-free, and has proved to be highly effective in fish and shrimp feeding when incorporated into the diets.
Nutrient composition:
The contents is a protein feed, the contents of the three main limiting amino acids ( Methionine ,Lysine and Tryptophane)are all higher than those in
soybean meal, with lysine being 25% higher. The product is also rich in vitamins (especially B vitamins)and various trace minerals and growth promoting factors ,and is a green bio-active protein feed product that is both nutritious and health improving in its function. fish meal in the diets of animal, poultry, fish and shrimp, and diet cost can be reduced by 40-100RMB yuan per ton;
