High-temperature a-amylase is extracted from bacillus licheniformis’s submerged fermentation, the product is liquid preparation, be suitable for biological pharmacy, starch sugar, alcohol, beer, Monosodium glutamate ,fermentation industry’s liquefaction and so on. The quality of high-temperature a-amylase in conformity with the QB/T2306-1997 standard.
Characters:
It is a kind of incision enzyme, can instantly hydrolyze starch, soluable dextrin and a-1, 4 Dextrose glycosidic linkage of oligose. After the enzyme action, the viscosity of paste starch repidly reduced, and hydrolyzed it into dextrin and a small amount of dextrose and maltose. The stable ph range is 5.0-9.0, the effective ph range is 5.0-8.0, the optimum ph range is 5.5-7.0. The optimum operating temperature is above 90 degree centigrade ( in the process of continuing jet liquefaction , the temperature also can reach 100-105 degree centigrade)
