It’s modeled on Chinese restaurant’s cold ramen soup which is a standard type like anyone and has refreshing sour and sweetness.  

How to use:

√  Sipmly use it straight on your noodles.

√  It is a convenient pouch type.

1. Cook some noodles and put into cold water to cool.

2.  Drain the noodles, then put into a bowl.

3. Pour Hiyashi-chuka soup into a ramen bowl.

4. Serve with thinly sliced ham, cucumber, shredded omelet, Kimuchi and Tomato as toppings.

1. Our Hokkaido factory is located between the mountains and the sea.

It is an area rich in natural resources. In addition, we have a factory in Ibaraki prefecture.

using our unique manufacturing process.
