Horizontal Form Fill and Seal machine G-SHK is a flow wrapper designed for packaging small and medium-sized piece products in food and non-food sector.

Flow Wrapper description
-Mechanical horizontal ffs machine with rotary sealing jaws.
-Single main AC motor with frequency inverter speed control
-Precision temperature control circuits ensure seal strength and quality by the means of electronic thermo regulators
-Two pairs of longitudinal sealing rollers.
-Cold pulling film rollers with reclining adjustment
-Continuous adjustment of pack length by means of hand wheel.
-Cantilevered reel holder with quick locking cones and micrometric alignment of film and folding box
-Start/Stop buttons have been ergonomically situated to facilitate accessibility.
-Operator side: standard with products flow from left to right
-Infeed conveyor with top covers in AISI 305 stainless steel
-Stainless steel side guides adjustable in width for keeping product in track
-Transport lugs with relevant blocks fixed onto infeed chain made of food grade moulded plastic with block/unblock system.
-Protection grade IP 54
