3.About the aluminum foil BBQ container/ tray’s hot resistance:

Aluminum foil’s Mp is 640 °C, Bp is 2467 °C . Our products is hot resistance and the temperature can reach 600 °C .

4.About the Ldpe cling film hot resistance:

The Ldpe cling film can be used in -60 °C TO 110 °C . Safe temperature is 80 °C .

5.About our production ability:

We have 40 automatic production lines. One worker manage one line. We can produce over 5 million pcs aluminum container per day and 50000 rolls of aluminum foil and PE cling film.

8011 and 3003 alloy is the main material for aluminum foil container and aluminum foil roll. We can produce the thickness from 0.01 to 0.33mm.

PE cling film’s main material is LDPE, thickness is 0.01mm. Width 290mm,300mm,380mm,450mm.

All of our material is food safe.

11.About the rigidity of aluminum foil container

Our aluminum foil containers have special design on the corner and sides. It is harder than other suppliers’. Revered base can bear 5-30 kg.
