The dairy produce used in making ETE homemade ice cream, such as fresh milk and cream, comes from thoroughbred dariy cows imported from Australia and U.S.A., our dairy farm is located at Nakorn Ratchasima province.
The Pak Thongchai Dairy Farm is considered to be one of the most modern farms of its kind in Asia in that it uses a system of special enclosures to control the temperature 22-25 degree celsius, called evaporative housing system.
Here, the milking procedure is controlled automatically, with sterilized tubes transporting the milk , without contact with the air or human hands , thereby transporting the milk, ready for the production of our milky ice cream. more
